My daughter, Mandy, was hospitalized last fall for 22 days. It was a very long, scary time for us, but I learned some things about my daughter that I had never thought about before. She is an incredibly beautiful person inside and out. Her humor kept us going throughout the ordeal. She received a beautiful bouquet of red roses while she was there and they inspired this quilt. Now that she is back to being a normal, healthy teenager, they remind me of her inner beauty.
